Professor Mohammed AIT EL FQIH is a Full Professor of Materials Science at Hassan II University of Casablanca. He holds a PhD in Materials Science, jointly awarded by Paris-Saclay University (France) and Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech (Morocco). His research focuses on the mechanical behavior of sustainable composite materials. He aims to develop innovative solutions that combine high performance, lightweight design, and low environmental impact, particularly through the use of natural fibers and eco-friendly matrices.

Professor Abdessamad Hassani

Atomic-scale simulation: an effective approach to understanding the macroscopic properties of materials.

Abdessamad Hassani, a materials physicist, obtained his Ph.D. from the Hassan I University in 2017. After joining the Materials Physics Laboratory in Polydisciplinary Faculty of Khouribga as a researcher, he was appointed Assistant Professor at the same institution in 2019, where he continues to conduct his research within the same laboratory. He has published over 30 scientific papers (h-index: 11) in the field of materials science, focusing on thin film growth, structural analysis of interfaces and surfaces, as well as the characterization of crystalline defects such as dislocations, vacancies, and grain boundaries. His work also extends to advanced materials, including advanced ceramics, metallic glasses, superalloys, and high-entropy alloys, with a particular emphasis on understanding their mechanical behavior at different scales. His research has also enabled him to review and evaluate numerous studies published in indexed journals.
